Arrival Story:
Our best guess is that Hope was used as a bait dog for dog fighters in Baltimore city. When I got her she was 30lbs and had bite wounds all over her 30 pound body. It looked as if she might not make it so I brought her home to foster her and named her Hope because she just seemed to have so much of it. We brought her back to life and fell in love with her zest for everything and therefore decided to keep her. She's been my best friend ever since.
