None that we ever found. He's so laid back that he seems stoned all the time.
Favorite Walk:
He had a radius of a several miles last time we heard from him.
Best Tricks:
Bringing home folded deer skins, meat, etc. I'm sure there's lots of unhappy hunters around.
Arrival Story:
The pound knows of my mother's facination with big fluffy white dogs. They called ehr up when Bear got picked up, and we took him home. He is so sweet, but also a great protector arainst the local predators. We had no issued with coyotes, coons, or foxes while he lived with us.
Bio:
Bear dissapeared once last year. It turned out that a family had been feeding him, but then they decided they didnt want him running with their dog. Instead of following the law and requesting he be confined to our property, they threw away Bear's collar and dumped him across the Illinois River (over 1 h drive). A month after that, he was returned to us. (Those 'lost dog' flyers really do work!)
Not too long ago, he dissapeared again. We hope for him to come back, but this time we have no leads on his location. We miss you Bear!
