Doing Better Today

Well after a long day yesterday of watching me and my puppies...mommy says we are doing great. Now that mommy is happy I am able to rest more and am even out of my kennel running around. Though I am not far from my puppies...everytime I here them whine I go a running back to make sure they are okay. Angel is breathing better today and is whining too :D
She is even moving around more today then yesterday and keeping up with her sister. Boy are they keeping me busy...bol...but I do love them and I am keeping Lil' Lady & Koko away from them. I don't like it when they get to close.

Well I have to get back to my puppies now...Thank you for reading my diary today :D

My Puppies Are Here!!

After a long time waiting I finally had my puppies last night at around 8pm. I gave birth to 3 beautiful babies but sadly only 2 would survive. Mommy says these things just happen sometimes...as sad as mommy was to see my first born pass to the bridge so early in life...she said we had to think about the other puppies. My second puppy was born about an hour later...I was unable to get the sack off of her for some reason so mommy helped and took it off her for me. She was having a hard time breathing so mommy rubbed her to try to help stimulate her breathing cause I was already having number 3 at this time. I was able to get the sack off the last puppy as mommy was still trying to help my second puppy. Thank God for my mommy being there when she was cause if she was at work 2 of my puppies would have passed last night but only one did....mommy was able to save my second puppy and named her Angel for mommy really didn't think she was going to make it for a moment. I now have 2 beautiful daughters and they are doing great this morning. I am doing great as well...no complications or anything for my first welping. The vet was amazed that only 1 of my puppies passed as he really didn't expect any of them to survive seeing as I am so young. So I thank the lord for me being able to carry and have my puppies with no problems and that 2 survived.

1. Despite how much mommy gets mad at me I chew on everything ... and I mean everything...hehe

2. I love to bark and bark and bark...if mommy didn't yet at me to stop I would bark all day :)

3. I am a little thief...yep that's right I love to steal food from your plates when you is not looking :) Even though I get in trouble I am still proud of that :D

4. I love to bug my daddy *Koko* and Lil' Lady while they are trying to sleep..no matter how much they growl and snap at me I still bug them.

5. Even though I know I am suppose to use the puppy pad ... I always .. always go right next to it...don't know why ... but the carpet is a much better spot :) Mommy gets really mad at me for that one.

Anyway, here's my 7 things:


1) When it rains you can count on me to stay inside where it is dry..so bring out the puppy pads.

2) I am now bigger than my daddy and I am only 6 months old.

3) If you give any of my furramily a toy...it will then become my toy cause I think everything is mine.

4) Mommy says I have to go to obedience classes this year cause I am just so hyper.

5) I am a sock thief :D Even if you are wearing them...bol

6) If you are eating at my house you better watch your plate cause I am a food thief as well...mommy is still trying to train me to stay out of the eating area.

7) I have to be everywhere my mommy is...even when she is in the small little room...bol...mommy has to put me in the kennel cause if not I will scratch at the door til she opens it :D

Feeling Better!!

As most of you already know a few days ago mommy rushed me to the vet to find out what was wrong with me cause I was bleeding. :( Mommy thought it was cause I had chewed up her wicker basket ... but the vet told mommy it was much worse than that. :( He said that I had ..... PARVO!!!! Mommy started to cry when he said that word!!!! He wanted a lot of money and for me to stay. Mommy told him she didn't have that kind of money .... He told mommy there was an at home treatment but she would have to be on top of it. Mommy said she would be and took me home with Antibiotics and Pedialyte. It has now been 3 days and I am feeling great :D I am running around the house again and playing with my toys and even eating "Rice W/Chicken Broth". Mommy called the vet and they said that if she gave me a bath that I could play with my daddy "Koko" and fursis. Yeah!!!! I am so glad my mommy loves me so much...she stayed up for 2 days just to make sure I got the treatment every hour on the hour like the vet said. I do have to go back in 10 days for another check up and some more vaccinations. Please keep your paws crossed that at that time I get a clean bill of health.
