Arrival Story:
My mommy, Jaclyn, had been fanatically reading dog books, watching dog videos, and listening to dog audiocassette tapes in her car in preperation for the homecoming of her furbaby. She didn't know who it would be yet, but she was determined to be the perfect mommy. ---------------------------------- ------------------- Meanwhile, she had been contempting purchasing a maltipoo from a reputable breeder while visiting local animal shelters and contacting rescues. One night at three in the morning, she woke up feeling a sudden complusion to filter through hundreds of pages of dogs online--- then she saw me--- this was the one--- this was the puppy she was meant to be with--- me! ---------------------------------- -------------- With her luck, every dog she had found who she had fallen in love with was already on reserve or adopted, but this time she had high hopes-- she was confident that I would be her dog. The only problem was that she had school that morning and work all day until the evening. Coincidentally, she had found me the morning before I was going up for adoption. So when she called the shelter for me, she found out did she would have to be in Moreno Valley (3 hours away in traffic) in an hour, but there was already a crowd of people forming outside of the shelter even before it was open. Jaclyn frantically called her boyfriend's father who was in the area who luckily agreed to immediately stop by the shelter on his way to work. ---------------------------------- ---------------------- All morning, Jaclyn checked her phone for word of the puppy. There was a 30 people turn out (not including the rest of each of their families) for me as well as my three siblings. Unfortunately for Jaclyn, I was the most wanted pup out of my litter. The shelter decided to do a lottery. Each person recieved one ticket which they could cast for any puppy--- some even used their ticket for all the puppies--- and each family member recieved a seperate ticket for the lottery. Dean (the father) had only one ticket and it was cast for me, so their chances of getting me were slim to none, but Jaclyn stayed hopeful. ---------------------------------- -------------------------------- A few hours later, the lottery was held--- Jaclyn won me-- the most wanted puppy in the history of that shelter.

Bio:
I need friends to play and socialize with! I am up to date on shots, spayed, and like to chase, run in circles, mouth, and sniff. Meeting new people is ultra-fun, but I am still pretty timid around new dogs.
