My Markings:
I know a lot of people look at me and the first thing they say is that I must be a rottie. I'm not. My dad is a yellow lab, and my mom is a chesapeake bay retriever/black lab mix. I got all the fun lab stuff, (attitude, love of water, weight gain) and the wavy hair of a chessie on my back. My markings are a weird recessive trait that they call a mismarked lab. (It's easy to google, and I know theres a dogster topic somewhere in the lab forums. Here's an easy place to see tho. http://www.woodhavenlabs.com/mismarks.html ) My litter was: 4 blacks labs, 4 yellow labs, and me. There's a picture of me playing with my brother Reuger. He's one of my littermates.
