Matters of Max
A Personal StatementJuly 28th 2009 8:36 am[ Leave A Comment | 12 people already have ]
Dogster is an amazing place full of happy, silly photos of a new stance, reaction to a toy, happy chases ~ so many cherished moments. And, when necessary, we grieve together when having to guide one of our beloved to the Bridge. We are truly lucky and loved. With that said, this diary post is not about us, but for those beautiful dogs whose lives were not humanely celebrated.
Leave A Comment | 12 people already have I have full and total agreement with you. I dont buy the stuff anyway.. but wouldnt even if. It is going to be interesting to see what idiot team take him on..as it will just about sink them. They will bear the brunt of all of ''us'' out there who are sick of injustice. I believe in forgiveness for TRUE and total atonement.. I have seen and heard none. So.. even as I dont buy.. I will do my best to see others are aware if they want to. There are many ways to justice.. if I were MV... I wouldnt be feeling I had won anything at all.. its a long bitter life when over half the country hate you. Well said, Max. If Dad was lining up across from Vick, he would repeatedly dodge tackles and lay a whoopa$$ on him every chance he got. Standing over him while Vick tried to pick himself up off the ground, Dad would repeat to him, "That was for the love of dog!" I hope players around the league take every opportunity to make him pay. We couldn't have said it better Max. We too are saddened and angry that he has been conditionally reinstated. We just hope that teams think twice about the PR consequences before signing him. When we think about those poor doggies who were thrown in the swimming pool and electocuted, it's almost more than we can take. Thanks for posting this Max. No comment cause Momma does not have very nice words to type. But her agrees Amen and amen, Max. I speak for our whole pack, Atley included although he was too young to fully understand, when I say we cannot agree with you more!! We will never forget and there is no amount of payment of any kind that could ever make up for his sick sadism and the fact that the NFL is reinstating him is beyond forgiveable for me. I have always enjoyed football season with my folks and grandpa, but this year, I think we will simply go for long contemplative walks, hoping all those sweet hearts that were so horribly tortured and killed by MV will some how enjoy the smells of the world though us. Sophie and Family Amen to that, Max. We are with you 100% on that! See ??? Lots of voices MV... LOTS... This isnt ended by far.... Very well said Max! Regardless if a team picks him or not I'm a firm believer in "what goes around, comes around". His day will come. Max, your word ring true and clear. He will get his judgement some day, we are Gods creatures too. ...after all God spelled back words is Dog...who do you think ranks higher?!?!?!? BOL! Glad to see another Massachusetts pup standing strongly for injustice. I am proud to join you and others barking out loud for those who no longer can. We will not forget or forgive MV for his cruelty and pain to so many. Our whole family think this is a marvalous idea Max. We are with you one hundred and ten percent as they always say in sports. As to having anything more to say...I am afraid there may be young pups present and I am for once going to agree with Momma and keep my yapper shut, but y'all are thinking on the same line as we are... |
