Winnie was a 12 week old rescue from a puppy mill that came into the lab rescue that I volunteer for. I was supposed to be fostering him.....just like the many other dogs that temporarily come through my home and life. Well, with Win, I was a foster "failure" because he stayed!! Just couldn't let this one go. :-)
