Howie can sit. He walks pretty good on a leash once he settles down.

Arrival Story:
Howard was a dog I pulled from an area pound. He had been there for 3 weeks and was scheduled to be euthanized on Thursday when I went and got him on Wednesday. He was put up through adoption through a rescue group that then folded. So I just ended up keeping him. His one eye doesn't produce any tears and as a result he is blind in it.

Howie is a rough coat JRT. He weighs 17.9 lbs.
