Okay, so my name is Ace. It was supposed to be Riley, but mommy decided it didnt fit me. I was adopted at 8 weeks old. I was very tiny and cried all the way home! I was scared, but happy when I met my furblings. Mandy, who took over as my mommy. And Munchkin, Misty and Lilly. They are smaller of course and meow a lot. Anyways, when I came home I was very small. I was a pup of course. Two months later, I had parvo. Seems it is something in this area, because Mandy had it as a pup too. Anyways, I wasnt doing good with home treatment, and mommy was scared. She took me to two emergency clinics, one told her that I didn't look like I was going to die in the next few hours, so she should take me to my regular vet. The next one told her that my chances of survival were very slim and that it would probably be a waste of time. Then they told her that while they were treating me, she couldnt see me. She didnt trust them after their comment, so she loaded me up in the truck again, and drove 30 miles to our vet, which was open by this time. I was there for 3 days. She came to see me every one of those days. Finally I was able to come home. I am now 7 months old, and weigh 60 pounds! I am a big puppy, and love to lay on peoples laps. After all thats what they are there for right? Anyways, that is a quick update on me. Tell me something about you! If you are interested, keep checking back.
