Arrival Story:
We saw an add in the paper for german shepherd malamute mix puppies. They were $25 each. We went and immediately fell in love with Bear. His mother was a female german shepherd named Sasha and his dad was a malamute (im not sure what his name was). We took Bear home. It was winter and snowing outside. He was allowed inside because it was cold and he cried alot. Because he cried alot we went and got his brother, Tank. Once I fell asleep with him (as a puppy) on the rug with a blanket! I loved him! He was the best dog ever!!!! One day we couldn't find him. I kept calling and calling and calling. When finally we found him in the woods. He tried standing up but couldn't. Tank tried licking his wounds. He had an open gross looking cut on his leg. We lifted him into the van (with a struggle!). He was very hard to carry considering his size!!!! They had to put him to sleep. :'(. The vet said that if he was a smaller dog than he could have gotten a wheelchair. He was the best dog ever and will not be forgotten. Tank loved him more than ever! Well now Bear is up with his nephew (Tank's son) Rocks! I'm sorry the picture is blurry. I didn't have any pictures on my camera of him so I had to take a picture of another picture (if that makes sense). It's very blurry. Bear was loved and will be in my heart forever.

Bio:
He loved his little doggy pool. He'd lay in it and drink the water. He loved being with his brother and his owners. Both him and Tank loved the snow! They'd play in it for hours! With short hair I don't know how they didn't get cold! Well, they didn't have that short of hair but it wasn't very long. It was so long ago that he was alive I don't remember much about him!
