Arrival Story:
My sister and I went to the Central MO Humane Society in Columbia to look at their dogs. We saw several dogs but none were a perfect fit. When we went outside to check out the ones who were having yard time we saw Jack. He wasn't very playful and very skinny. We took him into a "play room" where he livened up immediately at the one on one attention. He won my heart when he got up on 2 legs to peak over the door. Even now when he does it he melts my heart.

Bio:
Jack was found as a stray by Columbia Animal Control. At his first vet visit (1 week after I brought him home) he weighed barely 9 lbs and had a bad case of kennel cough. Jack now weighs (as of 8/30/08) weighs 11.8 lbs. He's an extremely good dog and we're so lucky to have him! 4/15/09 Jack weighs 12.5 lbs!
