Duchess came to live with us as a young pup of 6 months. Before she came to live with us, she was not treated well. She was starved, abused physically (scars on her little nose and little legs) and abused emotionally (agressively scared of us). She was dumped, uncerimoniously, in the parking lot of the vet's office and tied up to a tree stump. Nobody is sure how long this little baby stayed in the parking lot alone before the office staff came in and found her.
I went to the vet's office one morning to get some meds for Blaze when I saw this adorable, riveting picture of this little yellow pup who needed a home. We decided to adopt her and bring her home.
