Romeo was actually bought from a pet store. We never believed in buying a dog from a store, but one day my mom and sister were walking by and he had just arrived. He was tiny and scared, but oh so cute. My mom fell in love with him and bought him on the spot. She brought him home 4 days later (no idea why they wouldn't let him go to his new home right away). As soon as I saw him I fell in love wiht him. I scooped him up and carried him for hours. We bonded and that's when I claimed him as mine. I know that he is probably from a puppy mill and it saddens me to think of that. He is perfect, friendly and very well behaved. We could not have gotten luckier. I still think that petstores are bad and that all puppymills should be shut down and the dogs adopted out to people who will love and care for each and every dog. I'm not sure if we rescued Romeo or added to a horrible 'supply and demand', but either way he is loved and spoiled and we are all better off with him. Bio: I love to play with kids, and to sit with Papa and watch TV. I like it when Mama #2 comes to play with me and brusn me and carry me. I hate to be ignored. And if you say we're going out, then I expect to go out for a ride or walk, I don't like to be teased. I also like to ride in the driver's lap when in a car. I don't bite and am very gentle. I like treats and sharing food with my humans. I also like sleeping in the big bed with Papa and Mama #1, not on the floor. The floor is for doggies and I am a little man (Mama #2 says so). I like playing with my doggie friends too, especially Tommy next door, he's my best friend. Even though I am small, I am a tough guy and watch over my house and humans everyday.
