With the personality of a cat, her favorite toy is the common housefly, which she hunts relentlessly and then leaves its remains for her humans to clean up.

Best Tricks:
'Show me your teeth' is the command that she follows up with a big yawn. She also does a play bow to sibling, Rosa, so that she can take over the bed that Rosa has warmed up.

Arrival Story:
After searching shelters and humane societies for a couple of months, Maya, at 10 wks old, literally ran over her kennel mates to meet us at the SPCA. Her adoption then initiated the next 10 years of entertainment.

Bio:
Maya's most unusual physical trait is an extreme underbite. She lives with 2 adults, 2 other adopted canines (Rosa and Bo), and 5 fish. She loves her humans gracefully and rules the dogs in a fair and diplomatic manner.
