Arrival Story:
We have a chocolate lab named Dallas. For my husband's birthday I decided to get him his own Yellow lab pup. I drove to the breeder's house with a friend of mine to pick him up. He was of course, named Texas. We pulled half way into my driveway, stopped, tied some ribbon around his neck with a card, and put the pup in a box in the trunk. I then had my friend pull the car forward slowly. She watched the pup to make sure he did not jump out of the trunk while I went inside to get my husband. He was watching football, so I told him that I got way too much groceries and I needed his help on the next break. When he saw the pup waiting for him instead of groceries, he laughed and thanked me.
Bio:
Texas is now five years old and they have been inseperable. He even goes mudding with my husband. Texas hangs hie head out the window the whole time and comes back all muddy.
