Arrival Story:
I had been wanting a dog for quite awhile, but waited until the time seemed right. Previous dogs I owned just showed up at the house and I hadn't owned a dog for 12 years after my schnauzer mix died at age 11. I met a woman with a maltipoo on May 10th. She told me how wonderful her dog was so once I got home I did some research and determined that a maltese seemed like a good match for our family. Finally, 7 weeks later I saw an ad in the paper for maltese puppies at a reasonable price. When I got to the woman's home and found out my puppy was born on May 10th, the very day that I met the woman with the maltipoo, I knew it was meant to be! I thank God for her each day!!!

Wednesday morning I was minding my own business, chasing crickets in the back yard on my chain while Daddy had breakfast upstairs, when all of a sudden, my neighbor, Pepper, gets let out, runs over, picks me up and tosses me in the air. That really hurt! I don't know what he was so mad about. He's come by plenty of other times when mommy and daddy were right there and all he did was sniff me.
This time tho, I have a broken rib and torn stomach muscle.
Jokes on him now tho. Now he has to be chained up, too. That'll teach him! Still I'd rather we were just friends like "Macie, the shitsu, and me.
