Buddy is an only child and does not play overly well with other dogs. Except he Saralyn.

Arrival Story:
Buddy is my Dad's dog, he is Neek's 1/2 brother, they had the same father and were born one week apart. My Dad had very recently lost both of his dogs, one got loose and the other passed away of old age. I couldn't stand to see my Dad so sad. My neighbor at the time had the two litters of golden puppies. I went over one afternoon to see them and her son handed me this little ball of fur, I took one look and knew this little cotton ball with eyes was meant to be in my life somehow. A week or two later I took him to meet my dad at a picnic and it was love at first site, he wasn't quite old enough to leave his mom yet, but two weeks later he went home.

Bio:
My step-mom was less than happy with me when I got Buddy for them, (she didn't talk to me much for a few weeks...lol) but now she absolutly adores him! 3/20/09 - Buddy developed an inoperable tumor on his spine a couple of months ago. As the tumor grew Buddy became paralyzed and began having painful spasms. Yesterday Buddy took one last trip with us to the vet, now Buddy is strong healthy and he's learning to use his new wings. We will forever miss our beloved Buddy!
