Luke likes me the most. He is very jealous and needs lots of attention. He pee'd on a guy at the dog park for talking to me. He doesn't do that anymore thankfully!
Pet-Peeves:
Luke doesn't like when I am giving any other dog attention. Except for Lily because she has earned that right and he has figured out not to compete for rank.
Favorite Toy:
He loves the ball. He is trying to figure out how to get as many in his mouth at the same time so he can keep them all.
Favorite Food:
Luke will eat anything.
Favorite Walk:
Luke's favorite walk is anywhere he can run around and find tennis balls to keep for himself
Best Tricks:
Luke is pretty smart but I haven't made him one of those trick dogs even though he probably could. I would say that he jumped through this window at a dog park on the first try and kept doing just because he was chasing the ball.
Arrival Story:
A couple pulled into where I live because they almost hit this dog in the road. My mom was outside and she said she would ask me if I knew his owner. The moment he saw me he ran up to me, flipped over and he must have said, "I've found the one that will love me and rub my belly forever!" My mom and I went searching that night for anyone looking for a dog. He had no collar so we checked if he was micro-chipped and he wasn't. We left signs and notices with the Emergency Vet which they sent out to local Vets but nobody called. But I didn't care! I was in love and I wanted to take care of him forever. He's just so yummy! I could give him kisses forever. He had no idea what a ball was, or how to do anything, and was scared of people at first so I hate to think that he was abused. He has let his true personality come out and anyone who meets him is better having known him.
Bio:
Luke is a quick little guy. He now LOVES the ball and can jump pretty high and run pretty fast to make sure he gets it. Unfortunately he hasn't learned his lesson on getting out and 1 year after I found him he got out and was hit by a truck. God exists and loves me because I had no idea how I was going to pay for surgery or anything that may have been broken. I was VERY LUCKY!!! He had nothing wrong with him. He just had the wind knocked out of him and was scratched up pretty bad.
