Arrival Story:
Well, one day I was looking in the newspaper in the pet classifieds and I came across a litter of pit bull puppies for $200 a piece(no papers). I already had my puppy Cheeba and was looking for a playmate for her. So, I gave the number a call. They were in New London, WI. I talked to my boyfriend and he agreed to come with me to see them. We agreed to meet at a Kwik Trip. When we got there, we were expecting them to lead to their house, but they had brought the pups to the gas station. Weird! Anyway, I wanted a male and there was only one male, so I had no other choices. But the moment I saw his little wrinkled face, I melted. We gave her the money and were on our way home. I am however disappointed that I didn't get to see his parents. Apparently, his mother is a fighting pit rescue and his father is just a normal happy friendly dog. He unfortunately inherited both traits either due to genetics or my inexperience in dog training. Oh well, I love him and would never get rid of him for any reason.
