Likes: I love dogs! And kids! And people! Oh, and food, exercise, napping, and my parents are pretty cool too!
Pet-Peeves: When my feline sister doesn't want to play. Esmerelda is pretty stuck up sometimes.
Favorite Toy: Anything I can chew is my favorite. I have a noisy octopus that's usually up to a wrestle.
Favorite Food: Hmmm, probably peanut butter. I eat mostly dog food, but carrots and organic dog treats are yummy too!
Favorite Walk: The off leash park at Shubie, absolutely no question.
Best Tricks: I can sit, stay, heel, sit, up, down, paw, and leave it. There's lots more to learn but there will be plenty of time when I'm older.
Arrival Story: I was born in Chester and stayed with my breeder until Mom picked me up when I was 9 weeks old. She was thinking of bringing my brother too, but said that it's too soon to have a big family. She promises that I will have a brother or sister before I'm 2 years old.
Forums Motto: My full name is Edwina River Lane. Dogster Local Spots I've Marked: Shubie Campground The Groups I'm In: PWD's Rule!
I've Been On Dogster Since:
Hi Everyone, it's been a big month for me. First of all, I turned 6 months in August, which means that I'm growing up. I decided to stop chewing on my humans, which was a big thing to give up. But I think it might actually hurt them, which of course I don't want to do, so it's time to stop.
Then, after a swim in the pool, I got the zoomies and ran down the stairs after my Mom (she might have been doing something fun without me) and caught my paw in the carpet. Well, didn't I sprain my toe. I had to miss days of school, and that wasn't fun.
Finally I recovered from that, but then I got fixed. I'm not sure what needed to be fixed but I'm glad it's over. I know it's necessary, but that plastic collar was really irritating. I showed my humans that I was finished with it when I got it off when they weren't looking and chewed the tabs off it. Hahaha, try to get that back on me now! Don't try that until at least day 7 though, just in case.
Now I'm pretty much better but my other paw is bugging me a bit. I think they cut the nail too short during my "fix". I have a feeling next month is going to be a lot calmer, I have human training once a week now, and that's a lot of fun. Especially when we do the agility stuff at the end. Whew, it's tiring but I could do it everyday.
