Arrival Story:
Keith saw him wandering around where he works, in the rain, so he took me to the vet. My microchip was scanned, but my original owner seemed to have abandoned me. Ultimately he took me home, and since Honey accepted me almost right away (she had been SO lonely after Rickie's demise), they decided to keep me.
Bio:
In July 2008, the vet says I'm over 2 years old but less than 3. So I have no idea how old I am. But I'm a big, galumphing, goofy dog. I love my new home and my new owners.
My humans had my DNA tested, and it came back mostly Great Pyrenees, with some beagle and weimaraner tossed in. It's very interesting that they didn't find any Plain-Coated Retriever, because I sure do look an awful lot like that breed!!
