Arrival Story:
Belle was a rescue dog. Belle came a very long way. I was attending Wilson College in Chambersburg, PA. I was a Veterinarian Technician student. Belle was one of the dogs brought in so students could work on them. I adopted Belle after my first year. Belle was abused by her previous owner, was very scared and shy of people. I knew she needed to be in a home with a lot of love. She was the only dog that had not been adopted out. I brought Belle home and she has been great! She is still coming out of her shell but is very well loved :)
