Mom has been watching/feeling a lump I have on my right thigh just inside the hip area. She notices it about a week ago and it seems to be the same size though nothing similar is felt on the same are on the left side. In rubbing it she notes it reminds her of the "warning" she has when doing a breast exam insofar as it is round in shape, rolls when she rubs it and...it is not supposed to be there. She finds herself more and more worried as the days go by and is thinking "please God, don't let this be bad". We just had the whole incident with my sister Tina's dew claw and she is simply stressed.
I don't act like anything is wrong nor do I feel bad. My eating habits are the same and my personality is as always...charming! Nonetheless, she wants me to write and see if anyone on here has any words of consolation. I am going to the vet this Saturday morning but she just wants some input.
Note: I am not as scared of the vet as my sister Tina is. As a matter of a fact, I look at it as a great opportunity to meet new furriends! I love to bark and sniff and play with all of them. However, many don't reciprocate. Guess they are scared like Tina and react accordingly. Anyway, if any of you have any words of advice for my mommy she would greatly appreciate same.
Love to all my Dogsters!

Braun, mom's a worry wart and always brings me to the vet when she finds weird things on me. Last time she brought me in for a lump, the doctor told her it was......a LOVEHANDLE! GASP! That's right, a fat deposit on my tushie! Better known as a lovehandle, BOL!
It's better to go get it checked than it is to worry your mom over it. I'm sure it's nothing and I am sure you are just fine. Hugs to you and your mom!
Daddy just went to get a lump on his side checked out and all he had to do was a blood test. I don't think they poked him in the butt either. Or at least... not that he mentioned.
Oh, Brauny!! We are so glad that your peeps love you sooooooooo much that they're taking you to the vet to get lumpy checked out - we are sending you lots of pawrayers that we get good news back! *hugs* Thinking of you and your pack.
It's always better to have the lumpies checked out. It gives the peeps something called "peace of mind", and hopefully it will earn you "piece of chicken" :)
HUGS and KISSES!
Hopefully the lump is nothing but a swollen lymph node. Kindly remind your Momma everything will be ok and for her not to stress out as much with extra sloppy kisses.
Sending you healthy and pawsitive thoughts!
Good luck at the doctor's Braun I hope it's nothing!
I say the best way for your mama not to stress out is by givin you lotsa pets, lotsa love and attentions. Mama says pets is the best thing for stress.
