Arrival Story:
Roscoe came to us from Basset Hound Rescue in Maryland. He is a military dog that had been thru 2 families already. Due to being restationed he had to be given up by both families. He has been such a sweet boy, vocal, but sweet. I know he loves being with us. His golden years are secure and he knows he doesn't have to go anywhere ever again.

Bio:
January 18, 2007--Roscoe went to the Bridge after declining heart health and a battle with acute pancreatitus. He was 13 1/2. He is dearly missed and I look forward to the day when we are reunited.
