Nicknames:
Pinhead, Babe, Magical Whiskers, Girl, Tex

Quick Bio:
-purebred

Birthday:
March 26th 2002

Likes:
I love to snuggle, give kisses and entertain my family because I am a MAJOR clown. I sometimes run circles around the back yard as fast as I can just to make my mom laugh. I also love going for rides, destroying things, and watching Kim play.

Pet-Peeves:
I hate water guns and water hoses. I think they should be banned, I'm in the process of contacting my local legislator.

Favorite Toy:
My blue rubber bone and tennis balls. Actually anything that fits in my mouth will do.

Favorite Food:
Well....my Mom said she had a hard time telling what food was my favorite because I eat everything with the same zest, whether its a paper towel or a juicy piece of meat. There is only one thing I refuse to eat....mango, YUCK!

Favorite Walk:
I like to strut my stuff around the neighborhood.

Best Tricks:
I can jump through hoops and wave goodbye. Also, when sleeping on my mother's bed I can make my 50 lbs turn into 500 pounds.

Arrival Story:
I was the runt of the litter. The day my mom came to pick a puppy out, she wasn't even looking at me. She was looking at the other bigger pups (sigh.) But my angel was watching over me that day. When my mom asked who the puppy was that wasn't too dominant and not too shy, the breeder pointed right at me, and told her I was the smartest of the bunch. Mom watched me for awhile and then next thing I knew I was taking a car ride home. I was so nervous the first night I shook all night long. That was over4 years ago, now I'm the queen of the household.

Bio:
I am a retired blood donor. I have saved quite a few lives. There are probably a few poodles out there running around with some pit bull blood in them. Mom thinks thats funny, but she tells me there is a special place saved for me in heaven.

Forums Motto:
Where's the Beef?

Texas...it's been almost 9 months since you passed away....and we miss you more then words can express. I'll never forget how whenever I didn't feel well, you would rather skip your dinner to lay next to me...or how you tried to jump out of a second story window once....or how you would literally do back flips when grandmom would come over. We love you beastababe!

Today I Found Out That I Have Cancer

A few nights ago my mom was wrestling around with me and then she started to pay WAY too much attention to my neck. She noticed I had two large lumps on my neck, I think she called them lymph nodes or something. Anyway, she got a concerned look on her face and then she didn't want to wrestle with me anymore.

Today she took me to work with her. She works at a Veterinary Internal Medicine office. One of the doctors there stuck a needle in some of my lumps and then looked at it under the microscope. Then came the bad news...I have lymphoma.

Mom couldn't believe it because I'm only 4 years old and because I seem so healthy. She keeps staring at me and its freaking me out a little. But, hey, I do stare at her all the time...when she's putting on her make up, or playing on the computer...and when she catches me staring, she asks me what I'm thinking about. I never tell her and it drives her crazy, and then I just keep staring. She likes to think its because I adore her, and maybe I do.

Mom took me to McDonalds and got me my OWN hamburger! That was great. I ate it in 2 bites. So far I'm not feeling too bad, I was a little more tired then usual today. My Mom works with dogs with cancer every day so she knows what to expect. I'm not sure if thats a good thing or bad thing. Good if she keeps buying me hamburgers (hehe.) Bad if she keeps staring at me with that look on her face.

Well, I've got places to go and dogs to see. Ok, not really, but it sounded cool. Actually a nice fluffy comforter is screaming my name, so goodbye for now, I'll be back to let you know how I'm doing.

My summer job.....Protector of the Birdhouse....loved it- while it lasted

I took my job very seriously. Whenever I saw a squirrel with its guiltly little furry paws all over the birdhouse, I ran to my Mom and sounded the "Red Alert." Basically, all that consisted of was me acting nutz and running to the door and back to my Mom over and over until she finally gave in and let me out. I almost tasted one, ummm, I mean captured one the other day. Problem was, I almost broke the fence down in the process. My mom got scared and so she moved the birdhouse out of my sight. The days are so long now. Ohhhhh, the things you take for granted! And the worst part is the squirrels think they won. They snicker and point at me now. Oh the shame.
