My Pup-Pal Dekker from Monterey Bay,CA. wanted to accompany me on one of my space trips. We met up with each other here across Rainbow Bridge. We`re able to travel to many exotic places in our new lives as doggie angels,so I said "Sure Dekker,I`ll be happy to take you along on my next moon trip. But please don`t pee on Neil Armstrong`s footprints. NASA is sensitive about that!"

As you can see,we`re both wearing our space helmets in the photo.

My brother,Butch, decided to visit the Iditarod Race in Alaska this year, so I decided to do something adventurous as well. I borrowed a space helmet from Laika (the Russian dog who crossed over rainbow bridge after perishing aboard sputnik 2) and blasted off for the moon.

Thats one giant leap for dogkind!

During our time together back on Earth,Dad and I used to travel to the Grand Canyon each year. I`ve posted a photo here from our 1992 trip. Dad took me partway down the Grandview trail to get this photo. He`d just completed a trip a few days earlier to the Colorado River and back. It was pretty hot down inside the Grand Canyon so dad didn`t keep me down here for too long.
The photo of this little adventure is at the bottom of my page. I`ll post more from time to time.

Gotta go now as all the doggie angels are practicing for the Christmas choir!

Woofs from across Rainbow Bridge,

My visit to the North Pole

It`s the holiday season again and I heard from St Peter`s dog (and if anyone would know HE would) that Dogster was having a holiday party. I said to myself "Lady, wouldn`t it be nice if you could bring Santa Paws (I think he`s a siberian husky) to Dogster`s party? It was then that I decided to visit the North Pole in search of him. I donned my doggie angel wings and embarked on my quest. Arriving at the arctic ocean I came upon 3 cute polar bears. All 4 of us were going to wait till the Polar Express train arrived and ride to the pole in style when this Navy sub USS Honolulu surfaced with the bad news that it didn`t exist!! Darn! (I`ll have to mark EVERY hydrant in Disney World next time I pay them a visit!) Undaunted, I resumed my quest and hope to find Santa Paws in time for dogster`s party!

Happy Holidays to all,

PS I`ve posted the polar photo on my page.

Greetings to all! My name is Lady and I am writing from the other side of the Rainbow Bridge. It`s REALLY beautiful here, lots of crystal clear water and delicious bones. I`ve met many nice doggies (and people) in the 9 years since I left my dad behind. I have a good life here, but I do really miss him. In the meantime, I`ve asked my dad to post photos of me on this site in memory of the 10 wonderful years we had together. I know we`ll be together again someday.
