I work in a pet store on a side of town where lots and lots of puppies are bred incorrectly just for money. I knew I wanted a dog since I moved away from my parents, but I'd never had a big dog, my boyfriend wanted a big dog at some point but I knew he would still take some convincing. So the breeder came up to my store and said that he had a family situation that was keeping him from being able to hang on to the puppies to get their full asking price. So I called him later and asked how much he was asking and if he had any left. He said he did have some and it's whatever people can afford. So lots of begging later and about an hour in his yard picking out the perfect one for us we came home with phoenix for 28 bucks. He's been one of the best dogs I've ever had, I love him to death and so far he's the most successful out of his litter.
Phoenix is a big baby. He's currently 73 pds adding a little more everyday, and he thinks he is a lap dog. He has to sit behind you in chairs and if your sitting somewhere where he can get up there too, like the couch, he'll plop his big butt right on your lap, like your the chair. Loooooves to play tug of war.
