Arrival Story:
my "now" mommy kept seeing dachshunds everywhere she looked, but she always thought we were mean because her mommy (my granny goodwitch) had one when she was little that bit everyone in the family. this dog was so bad that granny goodwitch and her sisters actually made up a whole language for him. his name was chris, but they called him "crill". anyway, my "now" mommy had a dream in late oct. 2004 that she had a dachshund named chester copperpot. then suddenly she received an email from my "now" auntie joy that some nice people had a baby dachshund and couldn't keep him. the rest, as they say, is history!
