Likes:
Sleeping, eating, getting treats, car rides, going with me to work, being with me.

Pet-Peeves:
When puppies jump on her, being left alone, long staircases.

Favorite Toy:
She is not really into toys but she does enjoy chewies.

Favorite Food:
She likes pretty much anything. I figure, since she's old, she can at least try whatever she pleases.

Favorite Walk:
She can't walk that well but she loves to follow me. She gets pretty perky when she knows we're going to the car!

Best Tricks:
Someone at some point taught her to shake a paw. She also does adorable "woooowooo"ing sounds when she's excited.

Arrival Story:
Dolly was a stray that came to the shelter I work at. She had been hit by a car. She then suffered a twisted stomach and had to be operated on. She also has arthritis, an enlarged heart, irregular lungs and spleen and is most likely totally deaf. I couldn't let such a sad old girl stay in a shelter kennel so she came home with me.

Bio:
Dolly is a true breed ambassador. She loves people and gets along well with other dogs, even ignoring ones that are cranky at her. Everyone that meets her loves her. We originally just planned on keeping her until she could find a permanent home, but her health was uncertain and so I wanted to keep her until that was sorted out. By the time we figured out that there's nothing seriously wrong with her except some emphysema and arthritis, she was way too settled in to go anywhere. I can't believe she's been with me almost a year!
