Even though Watson never got adopted he got to experience what it was like to be in a home with a family. I decided to foster him because when I first saw him I knew he was the one I should foster. He was very skinny and was sick (I thought it was kennel cough but when Watson was put down the vet said it might have been distemper) Here's Watson's story, He was found running around town with only a old flea collar on. I think he was dumped because he was like 12 or 13 yrs old and he wasn't the type to run away.
Anyways, I had fostered him about a month before he had to be put down and in that time he managed to win over everyone in my family, even my dad who is a Chihuahua hater. Even though I only knew Watson for two months he was one of the best dogs I've ever met. He never growled and literally turned in circles whenever you came home. I know that Watson is up in doggie heaven healthy and probably sitting on an angles lap right now.

Hello everyone Watson's foster mom here. Today I had to have him put down. This afternoon he was having a hard time breathing and he stopped breathing 2 times. I had to administer CPR but nothing could help him. I brought him to the emergency vet and I knew there was only one choice. The way he was breathing and the fact that he had nearly died 2 times I decided it would be best for him to be put out of his misery. The vet said the same thing.

Vet Visit!

Yesterday I went to the vet so that my foster mom could get me some medicine for my Kennel cough. The vet gave me a quick check up and took a look at my teeth also. My teeth have TONS of plague and tarter on them so much that you can barely see any white. Well the vet started using some kind of a fancy scissor kind of tool on my teeth to scrap off some of that tarter. I HATED IT! I squirmed kept flicking my head but I didn't bite the vet. She managed to take off a huge chunk of plaque off my back tooth and pulled 2 of my front teeth. I didn't scream or make any kind of noise when she pulled my teeth! Then after that the vet tech gave me some deworming stuff. So now I'm just having to take clavamox twice a day for about a week and a half. I'm getting better already though! I didn't cough as much as I have in the past today so I'm doing great!

Ugh I'm not feeling to great. I came down with Kennel cough a few days ago, but my foster mommy is giving me some Delsym to see if that's going to help it if not than She'll get some antibiotics. Once I get over KC than I'm going to get fixed.
