Missing Flash

It was six years ago, today, that we lost Flash. It still feels like it was yesterday and still hurts oh so much. I feel better knowing though, that he is with his sisters, Farrah, Tooney and kitty Buttons and kitty brother, Starlight. He is also with all of his Rainbow Bridge Pals and I know that they are taking good care of him there.

You are sadly missed, Flash and we will love you always.

Hey Flashy,

I miss you, baby boy. I know that you are watching your siblings, up there with you and watching us down here on Earth as well.

Don't cause to much trouble, Flashy. I know how you like to be the life of the party. :-)

Yep, today would have been Flash's 11th birthday today. Wow! The things we have missed with him. My handsome, wonderful big man.

Happy Birthday baby boy! I will never forget you, Flash. You or your siblings.

Three years today............

.........he's been gone, and it's still hard. It still hurts so much. He was too, too young. My Flashy. How I miss him so. It still feels like it was yesterday. I remember my room mate and I taking him to the emergency vet, and finding out that we had to put him down. He gave me that "look". It's so hard to explain it.

Any pet owner would know what the "look" is. He knew. Flash knew that he wasn't coming back home. The last thing that I remember telling him was that I loved him and that I was so sorry.

I just felt so guilty for having to do that to him, but I also knew that he wouldn't be in any more pain. I miss him so much, and I always will. RIP Flash, and we love you very, very much.

.......and it will be three years that my Flash would be gone. It's never easy around this time, and now, with his brother, Starlight, joining him, it's even harder.

Anyway, I just wanted to tell Flash, that we all miss him very much too. I'm glad that he's not alone, up in Rainbow Bridge, but how I wish and pray that he and Starlight, were both home with us again.

I love you Flashy, and take good care of your brother.
