A Day in the Life of Chloe

As you can see by the photo, mom and dad wasn't to happy with me. I have a swimming pool where I live, but I don't like to get in it. You see when I was just a pup I fail in and it scared the mess out of me. I thought I was going to drown. I love the water but not the pool. When mom and dad get the water hose out to water the flowers or wash down the deck, I'm right there playing as hard as I can with the water. Well one day they were re-soding the yard and I was right there in the mist of it all. You see I found a hole and the water was runing right thur it and of course, being me, I had to have my mud bath. I've had several since then, but let me tell you they really watch me like a hawk now. But sometimes they just turn the water on me and I have a ball. Usually after I have my fun they send me to the shower and then its to bed. I'll be back later for another update on my life.

Today is Sept 9,2006 and boy do I have alot to add.

Mom and dad took me to the beach a few weeks back and you know how I like the water. At first I was not sure about all that water coming at me, but once I realized that it was not going to hurt me, I played and played and had such a good time. When it was time to go, I didn't want to go. But to my suprise they took me to get something to eat and then back to the beach again where I played some more. By the time we left I was so tired I slept all the wasy home. Boy that was fun and I hope that we will go back again.

Mom and dad had another suprise for me about 5 weeks ago when another boxer dog showed up at our house. I did not know that they were going to be a foster home for boxer dogs that were in trouble. My new foster brother was in trouble and mom and dad took him in. I don't know how long he will be with us, but I like having him here. Oh by the way his name is Radar. He was sick when he first got here, his previous owners missed treated him or so mom said, but his is fine now. He is just waiting on someone to adopt him, whatever that is. We really have a good time together. Mom said that she would add his picture so all good see him and if you were interested in him to let her know.

We are getting ready to go on vacation and I know that means a long ride, but I don't mind that, because I love to ride and I'll get to spent time with mom and dad. You see when we are together the feed me all the good stuff that I don't normally get and I like that. Got to go will write more when I come back from vacation.
