Arrival Story:
I rescued Pepper on a State highway in October 2007. He was dangerously near the traffic so I stopped. He had no tags and was not neutered. I was on my way to Austin from Bastrop, Texas and he rode all the way there on my lap. He is now a member of my pet brood.
