Mad at Mom

Saturday she clipped my nails. Sunday she cleaned my ears. Today she put some yucky medicine on my paws cuz she says they're irritated. Not to mention all the teeth brushing! Every night I get dragged into the bathroom and she brushed both of our teeth...why can't she just do her own and leave mine alone?! I'm not real happy with her at the moment...and I know another stupid bath is coming up next weekend! When will it all end?!?!?!?!?!

Saturday

I got to go to the school to play twice today! And after the second time we went to cousin Joyce's and there were 3 boys there who played with me out in the back yard. We were out there for a long time playing ball and chasing each other around. It was great! Mom thought that would put me out for the rest of the day, but it didn't...I took a little nap but was ready to play again. I think she would have preferred if I had slept the rest of the day away.

My buddy Riley

Riley came to work with his dad today but he can't play with me. He has to stay relaxed and calm because he has something called heartworm that he's being treated for. We look at each other through the boss' glass door. We really want to play but I know he can't yet. I can't wait until my best buddy is all better and we can wrestle again!

Another Day with Mom

Once again, we went to work today. My buddy Riley can't come in because he's sick. I hope he gets better. In the meantime, I get to greet our visitors and today we had one of my favorite visits. The lady that picks up the money for the bank came. She always brings me a few treats. Unfortunately, she gives them to momma because she knows mom makes me sit first.
Later on, she broke up one of the bones the nice lady brought and hid them on me. I had a lot of fun finding all the pieces!
We got to go for a walk at lunch today instead of doing mom's errands. It was great - the wind was blowing and there were lots of great scents in the air.
Of course, mom played ball with me when she wasn't too busy. Now I'm waiting for the crew to get back because maybe one of them will play ball with me!
