Arrival Story:
I was surprised by Rocky in September 2000, when my husband Greg brought him home to us. His co-worker had found Rocky wandering around in Detroit and picked him up. She took him to her house, but she already had several dogs and just could not handle another one. She told Greg what a friendly, sweet dog he was and Greg said he'd come over and take a look. Apparently he fell in love, so he brought him home without consulting me. Luckily, I fell in love too!
Bio:
Rocky is a very loving and friendly dog. He has never met a person he didn't like. Babies and little children are his favorite because they are right on his level and he can lick them like crazy! Rocky is also very obedient and will "get in his bed" when we have visitors coming that aren't crazy about dogs. (But c'mon, how can someone NOT like Rocky?) My husband and I are gone for most of the weekdays, and Rocky is fine by himself. He has never destroyed any of our belongings, or made a mess in our house. We love this dog to death!
