Likes: Apollo really loves to play with his new brother Zeus, and he loves tennis balls. Pet-Peeves: Apollo hates it when his people leave the room and he can't go. Thunder storms and fireworks. Favorite Toy: Tennis Balls and his chew bones. Favorite Food: Cheese and hot dogs. YUM!! Favorite Walk: Anywhere he is with his people. Best Tricks: Apollo can carry 2 tennis balls in his mouth and he can jump and catch a ball in mid air. Arrival Story: I decided I would like to get a playmate for Zeus and since there are so many dogs needing homes I decided on getting a rescue. We found Labs 4 rescue and filled out our application. When we looked through the dogs , I saw the cutest Chocolate Lab with a big smile on his face. I read his Bio and knew he would fit right in. We were approved to get him and with in 2 weeks we brought Apollo home. Bio: Apollo , then known as Bear, was given up for the same reason lots of dogs are. He was bought as a gift for a teenager. Though a cute puppy at first he soon grew into a big guy and needed lots of training. The former owners decided they did not want him anymore and gave him up. Their loss.
