I love water, that’s a given
But that stuff that trickles from the sky… sheesh
Gets in my eyes, gets in my nose …
I love water, that’s a given
But that stuff that trickles in the shower … sheesh
Suds and stuff …
Gimme a wave, gimme a puddle
Even on an icy day, I won’t get dogfuddled
So put those trickles from the clouds and the tap
Right back where they belong
And then I won’t sing this silly song

Our wonderful hero neighbor Star has joined the starry fleet in the skies.
After so many years of courageous, selfless service in the Israeli and US armies,
and months of soldiering thru after amputation surgery, Star can now run freely.
Memories seem just like sad stories
Begging to be read again
It is a dark shadow fallen over our hearts.
But there is a bright star.
Isabella Epona

Well, the pawrent had it pretty much planned out...a nice cappuccino after our morning walk with her BF (new baby on the way, yay!) and then I had an appointment at the groomer's for a nail clipping, bath...well of course I had to wake up EARLY because last night my romp session with my BF, Guinness, got cut a bit short (humans and their plans, they should know better and live FOR THE NOW) so we ended up at the park after a walk and I made a new friend with a big Lab called Poncho who asked if we called meet again in the afternoon. And then we made it for the cappuccino and the groomer smooched me so much, and I love the warm water and the suds (but not the red pompom she put on my collar), so by now it's only 10:30m and I've walked across downtown 3 (!) times. So then I chilled with my grand paw-rent who is a choirmaster and we barked a little Bach at the piano; and after a long due nap I met up with Poncho and later this evening I went to the local bar with Sasha and our neighbor to sit in the garden and they had something called a Grey Goose....I am so tired....and through a half open eye I can see Sasha packing a bag for a long day at the beach. Nitey nite!
