Arrival Story:
This is another foster dog who came to me on 11/3/04. Apparently his owners turned him over to an animal shelter because they were sick of him peeing around the house.

Bio:
Tigger is getting his vaccinations tomorrow (11/6/04) and then he'll be groomed and ready to find his new home! 11/6/04: See Tigger after his haircut in the bottom photos. (We had to take it ALL off because of clumped fur.) **** **** I think I've figured out why Tigger's original owners gave him his name: We were in the backyard and Tigger heard my neighbor step out of her house so he started barking and running toward the gate. What was unique, though, is that as he ran he BOUNCED!! I'm not kidding. He bounced and bounced just like Winnie the Pooh's Tigger. I laughed out loud -- it was so cute! Tigger loves to lick and sniff and wander around the house. I'm always calling him back to me because I'm a little afraid of what he'll do (he's gotten into the garbage a couple times). Once I get him on my lap he calms down and lays on me while I pet him. 12/19/04: Tigger got adopted today! (see bottom photo) His new dad lives in his own house and he already put in a dog door and built a dog run for Tigg! He grew up with lots of poodles so he knows how they operate. Tigg and dad look really cute together and I hope they'll be very happy!
