Chaucer's Tales

August 17th

Today is Sunday, it's lazy day! After yesterday I still need a little rest. Mommy has alot of work to do so we have played a little but I have been a good boy and entertained myself. I also got to go over and visit my fur-cousin (Rebound- chocolate lab puppy) and play for about 2 hours while mommy went with grandpa to get a new bike. Now I am at home and just going to enjoy the rest of the weekend...especially since mommy has to go back to work tomorrow and I will have to spend some time by myself. Hope everyone else has had a good weekend too!

August 16th

My mommy had a garage sale today and things were crazy around the house. I had lots of kids to play with all day and everyone that saw me thought I was soooooo cute. A couple people even asked mommy if I was for sale...she of course told them no way! I also discovered a whole in the back yard and began playing with my fur-friend that lives in the yard behind me....he is so much fun, but mommy found the whole too and now its all filled up. All in all it was a pretty good day and I had so much fun that I was exhausted by the end.

August 15th

Well I had a vet appointment today....I love all the attention I get from the techs-- they tell me how cute I am and give me hugs and treats! My normal doctor wasn't there and I didn't really like the lady I saw, she wasn't even gentle when she gave me my shot....it made my whole backside sore. I really hope MY vet is there next time, or I just won't go until she is!
