Arrival Story:
Bernie is a 'Grateful Dog.' I saw him at Fort Funston with his foster family (when I was a dog walker at the Fort) and we were meant to be together.

Bio:
Bernie was rescued by Grateful Dogs from Animal Care and Control in San Francisco. He was obviously stray and/or abandoned with his sister. They both had mange and would have been put to sleep. Grateful Dogs treated and fostered the siblings and I adopted Bernie, and Bernie's sister was adopted by another family.
