Well, last night Baread successfully completed his basic I class. Yeah!!!! We still have a long way to go, but he is improving day by day. It just amazes me what a people dog he is. Last week at school was awards night, and needless to say he won Mr. Congeniality. He is always going up to everyone giving kisses and wanting their attention. So much for the myth that all rotties are vicious attack dogs!!! If Baread doesn't prove that with a loving home and training that these pups are just as obedient, affectionate, and well tempered as any other breed, than I don't know what would.
We went for our morning walk a little late today, it was a bit chilly at 40 degrees. I started talking one of his toys with us and hiding it in the leaves along our driveway (our driveway is very, very, long) Then on the way back, I tell him to find it. When he does, he is just so proud of himself. He prances all the way back up the driveway. What a ham!!!

It's a cool day today, went for a walk with my Mommy, took my Cosequin supplements, ate my breakfast. It's a good day, or so I thought!!!!
I'm sure that's what Baread was thinking this morning, but then I thought it would be a good day to give him a bath. He has school tonight, graduation, i'm sure he'd want to be clean and smelling good for his little girlfriends he has there. However, mission went unaccomplished. After spending about an hour in the bathroom trying to get my 97 pound baby into the bathtub, this Mommy gave up. So I think we will have to wait until Daddy gets home to help lift him up into the tub. Even with Daddy's help, i'm sure Baread will be fighting his bath tooth and nail. Well, at least he brushed his teeth.
