Escaping from the back yard or the house, running free around the neighborhood.

Arrival Story:
I adopted him on 10/30/04. He was an owner surrender at 7 months. DARE (Dachshund Adoption Rescue & Education) had him for 3 months until I adopted him.

Bio:
He's playful and very sweet but some days he's really rotten. He loves to chew on things like pens, plastic bottles... He has the softest, most beautiful, long, red coat. He loves the back yard, barking at the birds and digging holes. He's kind of uncoordinated. Sometimes he tries to jump up on the couch or the bed, and he doesn't quite make it & bounces off the side. It's pretty funny. Having Eddie is like raising a 2 year old child...always wondering where he is or what he's gotten into!! He's a little lover though. I have to remind him that mommy doesn't want to make out with him :)
