Arrival Story:
Lucy's first friend Annie passed away and Lucy was so sad that they had to find her a friend - fast! My description on Petfinder was so compelling that they drove 3 hours away, introduced me to Lucy, and drove me straight back to Seattle. My description on Petfinder said that because I was an older dog (I was 6) that I was, "So easy to have in your home," which is very true (and makes me a perfect foil for Lucy). I was very well trained and I never jump up and I always do what you say (except stop barking when you must throw the ball). My retrieving instincts are very powerful and I'll admit that sometimes they override my normal sensibilities.

Bio:
I am incredibly sweet and my fur is extremely soft, especially my ears. A Doggie DNA test confirmed that I am mixed with Golden Retreiver. I have a pointy head and short soft fur and a very large chest and narrower body. Sometimes I forcefully demand attention by nosing up under your elbows with my cold nose. I also want you to scratch my butt so much that I'll lift your whole leg off the ground with my butt.
