Arrival Story:
Frankie was in a puppy mill for a long time they chopped his entire tail off and is very sensitive in that area...he's afraid to be picked up and cowers alot. He must have been hit alot at the puppy mill. He knows I love him and would *NEVER* hurt him. He sticks to me like glue. He asks me (his mum) to pleeeeease try to close down *ALL* the puppy mills...I try so hard to tell people do *NOT* buy puppies in Pet Stores but no one listens and that breaks my heart. His brother Tex was from a puppy mill too and they both know they were.
