Here is Mama's Greyhound Poem, Copyright November 8th, 2009:
Greyhound
Run fast, run fast to the finish line.
The trophy, yes that, will be mine.
I am running my very best
To put my skills to the test.
Maybe someday you will see
That retired hounds like me
Are just as happy on this track,
But even though they're gone,
In our hearts they still race on.
I am skinny
But still strong
Running fast
All day long.
Then the race
Comes to an end
And my feelings bend, yes bend.
My paws pass the finish line
And I will not, will not cry.
First or second, even last,
I am running
With thy heart beating fast.
Hi, everypaw! Since Mama and I are basically Victoria Stilwell experts, read my diary on Mondays, Saturdays, and usually Fridays and Sundays for pawsome Victoria Stilwell news!
I almost furgot to tell everypaw! Mama is leaving to go on a cruise November 14th and she's staying fur a week, so I'll be at Bed & Biscuits and I won't be able to go on Dogster. Don't worry-I'll be back in no time!
Here's the Victoria Stilwell news fur Monday:
Go to www.victoriastilwell.com or check out her book, How to Have the Perfect Pet for tons of info on Victoria Stilwell. She has a daughter named Alexandrea and a husband named Van.
Mama was training me a few hours ago and she was training me to limp, close the door, and get her a tissue. Limp is what we mostly did so if we keep working on it this week, I'm sure to get it. I know 27 tricks and commands, but it's soon to be 30!
That was a story entree, but thanks fur listening!
