 Quick Bio:
Likes: Squirrels shaking their tails, cats that run, the dog park, swimming

Pet-Peeves: Any dog that even thinks of taking my stick or item I am chewing. Dogs that bite my butt while I am chasing other dogs.

Favorite Toy: Little fuzzy sqeaky balls that can be hidden around the house.

Favorite Food: Salmon over cooked bulger, with carrots, zuchini and garlic.

Favorite Walk: Point Isabel, espescially the water where I can swim out after the ducks (they always fly away though)

Best Tricks: Crawl is the one that gets the best reaction, but I like waive the best.

Arrival Story: In the fall of 2003, after thinking of getting a dog for quite a while we came across the web site for the Milo Foundation who had these puppies called the "Jewel Pups". They called her "Diamond", but she looked like the cutest little sleepy sausage in the world. So we headed down to 4th street to check them out and it was an absolute zoo. As we where not even sure if we where ready for a dog we decided to go grab coffee and come back later when it slowed down. An hour later there where 3 puppies left. "Diamond" (AKA Madeline) was sleeping in the corner with her brother, in fact every time we saw her she was sleeping, so we asked to hold her and her brother to figure out which one was better. She fell aslepp in my wifes arms, while the other puppy tried to chew my hat and bond with me (I was leaning his way at this time). But when we switched, "Diamond" (aka Madeline) perked right up and demonstrated that she was the one. So off we went with the new pup and she has been an absolute gem ever since.

Bio: In there early summer of 2004 we decided to bring another dog into the house. Madeline now is the big sister to Moby, a Shar-Pei/Lab mix, and they absolutely love each other.

Well my person was very happy as it sounds like the Park & Rec commission voted to make no change in the existing quiet hours as was requested by one of the stogiest neighbors to the park.
Just think, these people bought their house next to a dog park. They are writers and claim they need absolute silence durin the day to use their house as their primary place of work. What the cat crap were they thinking?
Of course it does not help that nearly everyone around them owns dogs. Most of these dogs bark when they are left at home alone and never come to the park. So they blaim the dog park for their mistake in selecting an ideal home to live in.
Isn't this just nuts? Boy I hope the get reincarnated as a cat, so I can chase them all over gods creation!!!
Anyways, thank god some city officials finally saw the light and refused to listen to them any more. Now we can focus on fixing the park!!!!!

Well it is easter sunday and I am not so happy.
1st - Its raining, which means no canyon walk for me today.
2nd - I got a lamb shank for easter (which I loved), but my little intestines have just kept squirtting it out.
3rd - My owner (did I tell you he is the PRESIDENT of the Dog Park Association?) is all wrapped up in a tizzy about this meeting tuesday evening (the 29th).
I hope the ground lamb they are about to give me doesn't drive me batty all night long!
STAY TUNED FOR TUESDAYS NEWS!!!!!!

Ok so my two owenrs are freaking out over a crisis that has erupted in the dog park, or rather around it.
8 months ago two or three neighbors, who bought their houses right next to my dog park started demanding that the park be closed. It just so happens that they all work from home and are criing fowl as their professional livces are not compatible with being located next to a dog park (they are all writers & such). The city tried hard to craft a deal, where people would take action to stop barking once it started immediately before 8:00 am and after 8:00 pm. Everyone agreed to this.
Well now that a 6 month trial period is over, and everyone agrees the compramise is an unequivocal success these same three households are renewing their demnds and triing to re--negotiate. I would love to poop on their lawns in places my owners couldn't get to if I could.
This attempt a reneging is driving everyone, who in good faith committed to this process nuts. completeley nuts.
Now we have to go to city meetings again and demand our rights to have our taxes go to this park, AGAIN!
If you want to know how to help send me an e-mail and my owner will let you know.
