Arrival Story:
I had a fawn pug named Vulcan, who was killed when a contractor left a gate open and he got out and in front of a driver (who deliberately let him step off the curb and ran him down). A friend who did volunteer work at a shelter called the next day and said a little, black pug had wandered into the shelter at the same time Vulcan was killed and she felt he was meant to be ours. He was! We got him a week later, as soon as a transport could be arranged.

Don't really have any. He came into the shelter as a stray, his background a mystery.
