Likes:
Following Dad around. Being petted for hours, playing toss and catch, swimming for hours, laying outback and communing with nature, playing in the pool with her puppies, riding in the front seat of the car like a perfect lady, going to Barns & Noble.

Pet-Peeves:
Eating breakfast. Getting her ears cleaned once a week. People trying to pet me while I am working.

Small soft purple stuffed toys, balls, frisbees.

Favorite Food:
Triple decker peanut butter and jelly sandwichs.

Favorite Walk:
Along Anne's Beach in the Florida Keys. Along the park at night when it's quiet.

Best Tricks:
Frisbee catching, bear tossing, hiding underwear and socks in the back yard for the neighbors to see.

Arrival Story:
Cassie is a counrty girl that was born and weaned next to a pair of horses. When she came to live with us in Feb. she had already developed a love of the outdoors. She loves to hunt and catch lizards, chase birds and squirls in the back yard. At the age of three she had a litter of 10 puppies. All of the pups weighed almost 15oz each and were delivered by C-section. She and the pups all pulled through great and are doing just fine. She still loves the outdoors and on a cool evening she will lay outback for hours communing with nature.

Bio:
I have finally finished my training and become an assistance dog for my Dad. He got very sick after the last two Hurricanes and I now help him keep his balance, focus and spirit up. Now I get to go everywhere he goes and keep my eye on him. My favorite place to go is Barnes and Noble Book store and I get to have an oatmeal raisin cookie with my dad. They are on my doggy top list of delicacies.
