Arrival Story:
We adopted Taco, a 2-year-old Chihuahua/Corgi mix in June of 2000 from the Fort Worth Humane Society. Taco's previous owners could no longer care for him, so he ended up at the shelter. The poor little guy was covered in fleas, had mange, and had occult heartworms.
