 Quick Bio:
Likes: Her ball/Kong, her bone, her Daddy... and did I mention her ball?!

Pet-Peeves: When she is separated from her sister Chloe. When she can't run and play because her leg is hurting. When Mummy isn't around for cuddles.

Favorite Toy: Kong! ... and playing with her sister Chloe.

Favorite Food: Whatever Daddy is eating.

Favorite Walk: She loves running about her large yard, but it's extra special to go to the local dog park!

Best Tricks: Melting hearts is her BEST trick. She's the best ball fetcher too! ... and watch out for her tongue - it's longer than you'd expect!!

Arrival Story: We wanted a sister for Chloe, so we 'pawed' through the ads for a suitable dog... and found a "giveaway' dog. When we got to the house, I wanted to leave - it was in a bad neighbourhood and looked unfriendly. Two large black and white spotty dogs were at the gate making a fuss - they were HUGE! We went in anyway. Ally was the last puppy in the litter. They said she was about 10 weeks old, but she didn't look it. I picked her up, she was so tiny and frail and truly, I thought she wasn't going to make it. I had her laying on my forearm, held against my body. I wouldn't/couldn't let go of her. We were told her parents were the big dogs, but I think her dad must have been a Red Heeler... she most definitely looks like a Red Heeler.

Bio: Ally came home with us, she was dirty, covered in fleas. We gave her a bath and LOTS of cuddles. Then we took her to the vet. She was checked over and given the 'OK' and wormed and got her shots.
The next few days, her tummy blew up round like a balloon. She had worms. It was the middle of Summer, so we gave the pups a shallow bucket of water to play in and they were happy! _ _ _ _ _ _ It wasn't more than 6 months later that Ally tore her ligament in her hind leg and had to have surgery. She cost a lot of money, but she's just the best little companion. I think it was worth it. Now she's older, she only limps a little when it's extra cold or rainy. You can see in her photo how her front legs have become quite muscular and her hind legs tuck under her body sideways :( _ _ _ _ Ally continues to be the happiest, most kissy, friendly and lovable pup and we love her so so soooo much!

Forums Motto: Smile. It really helps you feel happy!
